Refund & Exchange Policy:

• The original receipt must be presented for all refunds or exchanges.
• All purchased items must be in their original, unworn condition, and original packaging.
• Refunds and exchanges are not applicable for evening dresses, formal wear, and jewelry.
• No exchanges can be made for products that have been altered at the customer’s request.
• A gift exchange card or receipt must be presented for exchanges.

For Original Price Products:

• Exchanges are permitted within (15)days.
• Refunds are available within (5)  days at the original store for cash and credit card payments only.

For Discounted Products:

• Exchanges are permitted within  (7) days.
• Refunds are available within  ( 3) day at the original store for cash payments only.
