- A. Chest — Place the tape measure around your chest. Keep it horizontal under your back and arms; take the measurement from the back.
- B. Waist — Measure around your natural waistline (at the waist dip) from the back.
- C. Hips — Measure horizontally at the fullest part of the buttocks from the side.
